This program is led by Dr. Robin Isadora Brown (she/her) who is a trans woman, researcher, and Wikipedian based out of Charlottesville, VA. Her foray into the Wiki world began in 2023 when she started archiving the events, art, and artists at her local, queer DIY music venue Chinchilla Café. Since then she has been involved in projects related to queer history and documentation of trans culture. As part of this work, Robin has partnered with the Wikimedia Community Fund and Trans Music Archive to help expand and preserve the catalog of trans musicians and their work throughout Wiki projects."
